Therma Bright Completes C$396,840 in Shares for Debt Settlements
Therma Bright (THRM.V) on Thursday said it issued 6.61-million shares with a deemed price of C$0.06 to settle C$396,840 of debt.Some of the company's directors and officers participated in the debt settlement transactions and received 4.7-million shares in consideration for settlement of C$282,000 debt.Therma Bright chief executive Rob Fia received 4.35-million shares in settlement of C$261,000 debt.Shares of the company closed down C$0.005, or 9.1%, to C$0.05 Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
