TeraGo Deploys Ericsson Private 5G Network at McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute
TeraGo (TGO.TO) after trade Wednesday said it successfully deployed an Ericsson Private 5G network at the McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute (MMRI) in Canada.The deployment expands TeraGo's partnership with Ericsson and supports the rollout of enterprise 5G infrastructure across Canada, the company added.The private network provides secure, high-speed, low-latency connectivity for applications such as artificial intelligence-powered automation, robotics, real-time data processing, and smart manufacturing operations, the company said."This deployment at MMRI creates a real-world environment where businesses can experience the full potential of Private 5G, moving from concept to application with confidence. Together with Ericsson, we are enabling innovation at scale," Chief Executive Daniel Vucinic said.TeraGo and Ericsson will host an Ericsson Private 5G launch event at MMRI on June 2 to mark the deployment.
