Tecsys Swings to Net Loss in Fiscal Q4 2026
Tecsys (TCS.TO) on Monday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 net loss of C$0.2 million, or C$0.02 per share, compared with net income of C$1.7 million, or C$0.11 per share, a year earlier.Fiscal fourth-quarter revenue was C$50.0 million, up from C$46.6 million in the year-ago quarter.Adjusted EBITDA was C$6.7 million, up from C$4.3 million.Tecsys provided fiscal 2027 total revenue growth guidance of 2-4% and adjusted EBITDA margin guidance of 11-13%.The company also declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.09 per share, to be paid Aug. 4 to shareholders of record on July 10.
