Tombill Mines Raises C$829,011 After Private Placement, Royalty Transaction with Dynamo Metals

Tombill Mines (TBLL.V) raised C$829,011 after closing a non-brokered private placement and a royalty sale to Dynamo Metals.Tombill plans to use over 10% of the proceeds to advance field work on the Geraldton property in Ontario, as well as for working capital and other field work in 2026, 2027 and 2028, the mineral exploration company said late Thursday.Following the private placement, Dynamo's stake in Tombill stood at about 9.9% on a non-diluted, post-closing basis. Tombill issued 28.95 million units priced at $0.02 apiece in the offering, raising $579,011 in proceeds.Tombill also sold a 1% net smelter royalty over all minerals produced from the company's claims for $250,000 in cash.
