Talamore Raises C$149.5 Million to Advance Coffee Gold Project
Talamore Mining (TALA.V) raised C$149.5 million in a private placement to advance the Coffee gold project in Yukon, the exploration and development company said Tuesday.Talamore plans to use the proceeds for initial construction activities and early works at the project. It will also use the funds to advance permitting, engineering and procurement of long-lead items, as well as for general working capital.Under the offering, Talamore issued about 18.7 million shares priced at C$8 each.Price: $8.25, Change: $+0.07, Percent Change: +0.86%
