Summit Royalties Completes Acquisition of Star Royalties
Summit Royalties (SUM.V) has completed its acquisition of Star Royalties (STRR.V).The acquisition "materially" expands Summit's portfolio with the addition of Star's royalty and streaming interests, including a 4% gold stream on Mining Americas' (MAI.TO) Copperstone project in Arizona.Summit has appointed Kevin MacLean as chief investment officer. MacLean was formerly chief investment officer of Star.Star shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on July 7.
