Bigg Digital Changes Name to Surge Digital, Completes Share Consolidation
Surge Digital, (SRGE.CN), formerly Bigg Digital, has finalized its corporate rebranding and consolidated its shares, the company said on Wednesday.The company's name change to Surge Digital came into effect on Wednesday. It also completed its share consolidation on the basis of seven pre-consolidation shares to one post-consolidation share.Surge said the name change and share consolidation are meant to better reflect the company's business focus and strategic direction, a statement said.
