Sound Energy (SOU.L) said Friday it completed the restructuring of its 28.8 million-euro senior secured notes listed in Luxembourg.The transition energy company added that a requisite majority of noteholders approved the restructuring proposal, with voting instructions lodged by holders representing 24.3 million euros of the notes.
