SL Green Realty Q1 FFO Falls, Revenue Rises; Shares Drop After Hours
SL Green Realty (SLG) reported Q1 funds from operations Wednesday of $0.84 per diluted share, down from $1.40 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.08.Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $253.1 million from $239.8 million a year earlier.Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $160.6 million.The company reaffirmed its 2026 FFO outlook of $4.40 to $4.70 a share.Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.61.SL Green shares fell 4.4% in after-hours trading.
