Horizon Space Acquisition, SL BIO Close Merger; SL Science to List on Nasdaq
Horizon Space Acquisition II (HSPT), a blank-check company, and SL BIO completed their business combination to create SL Science Holding, a developer of cellular and gene therapies.The companies also raised $7.8 million in private investment in public equity financing, Taipei-based SL BIO said Friday in a statement.SL Science is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq with the ticker SLBT on Monday.Price: $4.70, Change: $-7.31, Percent Change: -60.88%
