SOLAI Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Neuraland; Shares Down Pre-Bell
SOLAI (SLAI) said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in Singapore-based Neuraland PTE.The company said it would fund the deal by issuing about 1.16 billion new class A shares, valued at roughly $9.2 million, to the selling shareholder, AIPICO Global.Shares of the company declined over 5% in Tuesday's premarket activity.Price: $0.74, Change: $-0.04, Percent Change: -5.40%
