Sharp Therapeutics Raises C$1.37 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Sharp Therapeutics (SHRX.V) closed its non-brokered private placement of common shares raising proceeds of C$1.37 million, it said in a statement on Wednesday.The offering consisted of 1.5-million common shares at C$0.91 apiece. Proceeds will be used for general working capital needs.The director and chairman of the company, William R. Newlin's Newlin Investment Company 1, subscribed for $200,000.45 as part of the offering, it said.Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$0.91 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
