Jiangsu X-chip Semiconductor Technology (SHE:001232) has secured approvals from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the China Securities Regulatory Commission to launch an initial public offering of up to 41.1 million shares.The chip packaging and testing company will conduct its institutional price inquiry on Tuesday, with the final offering price set to be determined on Thursday.The public subscription window will open on July 27, followed by the final payment deadline on July 29.
