Luzhou Bearing Group Files For Shenzhen IPO
Luzhou Bearing Group (SHE:301699) will launch an initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board on Aug. 26.The bearing manufacturer will offer 124 million shares, representing 17.13% of post-offering equity, according to a prospectus published Tuesday.Proceeds will fund high-speed train bogie bearings, new energy vehicle bearings and precision bearing industrial upgrades.China Securities serves as lead underwriter for the offering.
