Ceyear Technologies Files for Shenzhen IPO
Ceyear Technologies (SHE:301689) plans to list 102.1 million shares, representing 11% of its post-initial public offering equity, on Shenzhen's ChiNext board, according to a Thursday prospectus.Proceeds will fund high-end production line upgrades, next-generation mobile communications testing research and development, and a technology innovation center.The electronic measuring instrument manufacturer expects to issue the IPO shares on Aug. 28Guotai Haitong Securities serves as lead underwriter.
