Ugreen (SHE:301606) subsidiary Zhongzhi Real Estate plans to acquire land use rights and build an industrial plant urban renewal project in Shenzhen, with a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan.The 28,530-square-meter industrial site at Jinfeng and Zhongxin roads will support a 146,450-square-meter facility for self-use office and business operations, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the electronic products manufacturer were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
