Shenzhen JDD Tech New Material (SHE:301538) signed the letter of intent to acquire a 51% stake in Huizhou Fudi Wangwang Industrial for up to 300 million yuan.Huizhou Fudi Wangwang Industrial manufactures cold plates and water distributors for liquid cooling systems used in data centers, electric vehicles, and base stations, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse on Wednesday.Shares of the new materials producer jumped nearly 14% in recent trade.
