Anhui Shunyu Water Affairs to Take 49% in Water Resources JV
Anhui Shunyu Water Affairs (SHE:301519) and Yancheng Water Group will invest 50 million yuan to establish a water resources joint venture, according to a Saturday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.Shunyu will invest 24.5 million yuan in the JV, equivalent to a 49% stake, while Yancheng Water Group will invest 25.5 million yuan, equivalent to 51%.
