Pourin Special Welding Technology (SHE:301468) won the bid for a 30-year industrial land use right in Guangming District in Shenzhen.The transaction price for the 24,258-square-meter parcel was 33.4 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the producer of hardware products closed 2% lower Tuesday.
