Shenzhen Bromake New Material (SHE:301387) appointed Zheng Pengfei chief financial officer, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.Shares of the Chinese producer of consumer electronics protection products jumped over 11% at the close of Monday's trade.Zheng will take over from Ma Ying, who resigned due to personal reasons.
