Fengzhushou's Unit Signs Purchase, Supply Deals With Two Clients
Fengzhushou's (SHE:301382) unit, Ya'an Yunzhi Computing Technology, entered into two agreements to purchase and supply equipment and services with two unnamed customers, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.Ya'an Yunzhi agreed to purchase equipment, including computing power servers and networking equipment, for 3.06 billion yuan.In another deal, Ya'an Yunzhi agreed to provide to computing power services, such as server hardware, supporting cabinets, storage resources, and network services, to another company for 4.61 billion yuan. The agreement is valid until Aug 4, 2031.The Chinese digital goods supplier's shares rose 2% at the close.
