Sublime China Information Resubmits Hong Kong Secondary Offering Application
Sublime China Information (SHE:301299) resubmitted its application for a secondary share offering to the Hong Kong Exchange after its first submission in November 2025 lapsed, according to an after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse on Wednesday.The Chinese commodity information service tracker plans to use the proceeds from its planned offering to boost its information collection and R&D, market expansion and brand promotion, and fund investments and acquisitions as well as working capital.
