Empyrean Technology (SHE:301269) will invest 91 million yuan as a limited partner of a fund aimed at expanding the company's electronic design automation sector footprint, according to a Monday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The Hefei Zhongwan Juxin Venture Capital Fund Partnership will have a fund size of 361.1 million yuan.Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Industry Investment Fund will invest 270 million yuan to the fund as a limited partner, while Zhongwan Private Equity Fund Management will invest 100,000 yuan as general partner.Company shares jumped 1% on Tuesday afternoon.
