Shenzhen Minglida Precision Technology's (SHE:301268) chief financial officer and director, Han Fang, submitted her resignation due to personal reasons, according to a filing with the Chinese bourse.Han's term was expected to end on Nov. 10, 2028. Han will continue to hold other positions within Shenzhen Minglida Precision Technology, the filing said.The company board will elect a replacement director and name a new CFO soon.Shares of Shenzhen Minglida Precision Technology rose 1% in recent trade.
