Finework Proposes Issuance of 500 Million Yuan Tech Bonds
Finework (Hunan) New Energy Technology (SHE:301232) proposed to issue medium-term technology bonds worth 500 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.The bonds are proposed to have a five-year term and the interest rate will be determined based on market conditions.Proceeds will be used for project construction, research and development investments, mergers and acquisitions, debt payment and to supplement the fastener maker's working capital.The company's shares fell 7% at the close.
