Wuhan Tianyuan Environmental Protection Convertible Bonds to Pay Interest
Wuhan Tianyuan Environmental Protection's (SHE:301127) 1-billion-yuan convertible corporate bond issuance will pay interest of 1%, according to a Tuesday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The bonds, issued in 2023, will pay out interest of 10 yuan per 10 bond certificates with a face value of 1,000 yuan.Shares rose 2% during the closing bell on Wednesday.
