Shenzhen Lihexing (SHE:301013) received approval from Shenzhen's market administrator to cancel the registration of Lihexing Electronic Equipment Technology as a subsidiary, according to a Wednesday after-hours filing.The delisting will help the company allocate resources further and reduce management costs.Shares fell 4% during the close of trading on Thursday.
