Shenzhen BSC Technology Shareholder Trims Stake; Shares Rise 4%
Shenzhen BSC Technology (SHE:300951) shareholder Jiangsu Morui Investment sold 899,933 shares through centralized bidding, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Following the share reduction from Aug. 6 to Sept. 8, the shareholder's holding slid to 63.4 million shares, or 37.4%, from 64.3 million shares, or 38%, the filing said.The precision functional parts and intelligent automation equipment maker's shares rose 4% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
