EMTEK Shenzhen Unaffected by Director's Conviction
EMTEK Shenzhen (SHE:300938) said its normal operations were unaffected by independent director Li Liangren's conviction of dangerous driving.Li received a one-month suspended detention sentence with a two-month probation period ending Aug. 9, 2026, plus a fine of 2,000 yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
