Jiangsu Bojun Industrial Technology to Set Up Magnesium Alloy Die-Casting Unit
Jiangsu Bojun Industrial Technology (SHE:300926) will establish a wholly owned magnesium alloy die-casting subsidiary, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The new unit, to be tentatively named Guangdong Hongmei New Materials Technology, will have a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It will process magnesium, aluminum, and alloy materials, among others.
