Shengtak New Material to Issue 405 Million Yuan in Convertible Bonds
Shengtak New Material (SHE:300881) will issue up to 405.1 million yuan in convertible corporate bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The company will issue 4,050,968 bonds with a par value of 100 yuan apiece.Each share will be entitled to 0.037058 convertible bonds based on a ratio of 3.7058 yuan face value convertible bonds per share.
