Sineng Electric to Buy Back Shares Worth Up to 80 Million Yuan
Sineng Electric (SHE:300827) plans to repurchase shares worth between 50 million yuan and 80 million yuan.The share buyback will be implemented within 12 months after the board of directors' approval, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.The Chinese power electronic products manufacturer's shares jumped 4% at market close.
