Beijing Compass Technology's Q1 Profit Slumps 20%
Beijing Compass Technology Development (SHE:300803) posted a 20% drop in first-quarter attributable net profit to 111.2 million yuan from 138.7 million yuan a year prior.Earnings per share edged down to 0.18 yuan from 0.23 yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The investment software developer's operating revenue climbed 31% year over year to 708.9 million yuan from 542.1 million yuan.Shares of the company rose marginally in late-afternoon trade on Monday.
