Hangzhou Onechance Tech Terminates Acquisition of Digital Marketing Company
Hangzhou Onechance Tech (SHE:300792) terminated its acquisition of the entire stake in Beijing Lianshi Chuanqi Network Technology, according to a Wednesday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.It also terminated a planned private placement of shares to 35 investors to raise cash for the stake purchase.The parties failed to reach an agreement on the terms of the transaction, according to the filing.Beijing Lianshi Chuanqi Network Technology is involved in digital marketing and e-commerce.
