Hongda Electronics Plans to Buy Stake in Two Subsidiaries for 8 Million Yuan
Zhuzhou Hongda Electronics (SHE:300726) proposes to acquire a stake in two subsidiaries for a total consideration of 7.6 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.The Chinese producer of electronic components purchase 1.51% from Zhuzhou Hongda Magnetoelectric Technology and 2.5% of Zhuzhou Hongda Hengxin Electronics for 3.7 million yuan and 3.9 million yuan, respectively.The stake will be bought from individual investor Chen Siming.
