Wanma Technology (SHE:300698) appointed Xu Lanzhi chairman, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.Xu will take over from Zhang Heyang, who resigned due to personal reasons.The Chinese communication and information equipment company's shares dropped 4% during the midday trade.
