Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical and Electronic (SHE:300695) said its chief financial officer, Miao Jinhai, has resigned from the company, citing personal reasons, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.Until the board appoints a new chief financial officer, the company's chairman, Kong Aixiang, will perform the CFO duties.The auto components manufacturer said Miao will complete the handover of relevant duties, and his resignation will not affect its operations.
