T&S Communications to Invest Up to 50 Million Yuan in Establishing Optoelectronics Unit

T&S Communications (SHE:300570) plans to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Shenzhen with up to 50 million yuan.The tentatively named Shenzhen TCG Technology will focus on optoelectronic device manufacturing, processing, sales and related technical consulting, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the telecommunications company closed 20% higher Monday.
