Broadex Technologies Completes Acquisition of 2.2% of Changxinsheng (Wuhan) Technology Shares
Broadex Technologies (SHE:300548) completed the acquisition of 2.2% of the shares of Changxinsheng (Wuhan) Technology from Longvalley Light in exchange for cash, according to an after-market filing on Wednesday in Shenzhen.The acquisition price was set at 195.6 million yuan, according to an April 29 filing.The company now holds 62.65% of the shares of Changxinsheng (Wuhan) Technology.
