Hubei Jiuzhiyang Infrared System's CFO Resigns
Hubei Jiuzhiyang Infrared System (SHE:300516) said its chief financial officer, Wu Changren, has resigned from the company citing personal health reasons, according to a Wednesday filing to the Chinese stock exchange.He has also stepped down as board secretary and general counsel (chief compliance officer).In the interim, general manager Hong Pu will perform the duties of CFO until a new appointment is made for the position. Also, Chairman Li Haibo will temporarily perform the duties of Board Secretary and General Counsel (Chief Compliance Officer).
