Sinoseal to Set Up Sichuan, China Unit
Sinoseal (SHE:300470) will establish a subsidiary named Sinoseal International with 50 million yuan in registered capital.The Sichuan-based entity will focus on seal manufacturing, mechanical parts, equipment sales and import/export services, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the mechanical seal solution provider closed 5% lower Wednesday.
