Shenzhen Ysstech Info-Tech Exits Ningbo Shangwen Technology with 25 Million Yuan Sale
Shenzhen Ysstech Info-Tech (SHE:300377) has completed the transfer of its 8.2% stake in Ningbo Shangwen Technology (Group) to Jiangxi Ouchuang Technology for 25 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.The company said it has received the full equity transfer consideration and completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration and filing procedures.Following the transaction, the company no longer holds an equity interest in Ningbo Shangwen.
