Changshu Tianyin Electromechanical Sets Up Satellite Testing Unit
Changshu Tianyin Electromechanical (SHE:300342) has established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Foshan Tianyin Satellite Testing Services, with registered capital of 30 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.The new entity plans to establish a satellite testing services center, which will help to company expand into satellite testing and strengthen its radar and aerospace electronics businesses.
