Toyou Feiji Electronics Seeks Up to 996 Million Yuan Via Private Placement
Toyou Feiji Electronics (SHE:300302) looks to raise up to 995.8 million yuan from the sale of 143.8 million shares to 35 investors through a private placement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Proceeds will be used to fund its enterprise-level storage systems for artificial intelligence scenarios, solid-state drive smart manufacturing projects, a marketing experience center project, and for working capital.
