Zhejiang Kaier New Materials' Unit to Sell 3.4% Stake in Shanghai Hezhi for 8 Million Yuan
Zhejiang Kaier New Materials' (SHE:300234) unit, Kaier Culture Investment Partnership, plans to sell its 3.39% stake in Shanghai Hezhi Information Technology for 8 million yuan.The stake will be sold to Yang Zhiguo, who is also Hezhi Information's legal representative and largest shareholder.The consideration will be paid in four equal 2 million yuan installments from October 2026 through October 2029.The disposal will help improve asset efficiency, optimize its business portfolio and focus resources on its strategic development, the filing said.
