Qingdao Eastsoft Communication Technology (SHE:300183) subsidiary Shanghai Neusoft Carrier Microelectronics obtained a patent for its temperature sensing circuit, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.The company has applied the technology to its chip products.
