Gansu Golden Solar to Invest 486 Million Yuan to Establish Enterprise Management Partnership
Gansu Golden Solar (SHE:300093) formed a partnership with China Cinda Asset Management to establish Tianjin Longjinxin Enterprise Management Partnership, with total subscribed capital of 887.4 million yuan.The company is contributing 486.4 million yuan for a 54.81% stake, while China Cinda Asset Management is contributing 401 million yuan for a 45.19% stake, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the building glass manufacturer closed 1% higher Wednesday.
