Bestway Marine & Energy Technology JV, Subsidiary Complete Registration
Bestway Marine & Energy Technology (SHE:300008) said its joint venture and wholly-owned subsidiary completed their respective business registrations, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The listed company invested 20 million yuan, equivalent to a 20% stake, in joint venture Ningbo Ocean Development, and established subsidiary Hainan Changhai Shipping with a registered capital of 5 million yuan.
