China Prosecutors to Review Contract Disputes Against Beijing Ultrapower Software
Chinese prosecutors accepted a request to review a contract dispute filed by Beijing Ultrapower Software (SHE:300002) subsidiary Beijing Ultrapower System Integration against three entities, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Beijing Ultrapower System Integration already won court rulings awarding damages.Appellants Datang Semiconductor Design, Datang Microelectronics Technology, and Beijing Shilitonghe Technology Development already paid 245.3 million yuan under a 2024 settlement and lost a retrial appeal in 2025.Ultrapower System Integration filed 50 lawsuits against the three respondents for contract disputes involving 703.4 million yuan in contract payments and penalties.
