Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer Konka Group (SHE:000016, SHE:200016) plans to suspend trading its A- and B-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange after shareholder approval and then apply to transfer the shares to the delisted share trading board.Trading of *ST Kangjia A and *ST Kangjia B, coded 000016 and 200016, will be suspended from the market open on Sept. 4 and will remain suspended until formal delisting of the stock, the filing said.Konka Group will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Sept. 14 to vote on the proposal. If shareholders reject the proposal, trading will resume on Sept. 15, it said.
